- Supply and installation of sub mains to MDB-2, L Block, M Block, N Block, O Block.
- Supply and installation of sub-main cabling to lifts.
- Supply and installation of general, emergency & exit lighting.
- Supply and installation of general power and fans.
- Supply and installation of Audio/Visual cabling.
- Supply & Installation of projectors, speaker sets and document cameras.
- Supply and Installation of Molex Certified Communications, Fibre Optic Backbones and lift phone lines.
- Supply and Installation of Concept security expansion system to L, M & N Blocks.
- Supply and installation of CCTV to L,M & N Blocks.
- Programming of existing security & CCTV system to accommodate expansion.
- Supply and installation of fire detection and occupant warning system to B, L, M & N Blocks.
- Installation of machinery to ground Floor of M Block.
- Electrical installation of gas supply & emergency stop system to First Floor M Block
