Father and son, Ronald Francis and Ronald Phillip Ryan, incorporated Ryan Wilks Pty Ltd in 1992. The company management identified a need within the industry to provide quality products and services competitively, using new ideas and technology.
Executing their first contract successfully in 1992 with just six employees and operating out of a suburban garage, demand for their services quickly increased.
Today, Ryan Wilks employs over fifty staff. Located in Sydney’s geographical industrial centre at Silverwater, the head office is a central base of over 1000 m², incorporating management, design, and administration.
In 2008, management successfully opened the Queensland state office, now located in Murarrie within Brisbane’s eastern suburbs.
In 2025, Ryan Wilks expanded further with the opening of its Hunter branch in Newcastle, strengthening the company’s presence in New South Wales and enhancing its ability to deliver innovative solutions across the region.
