Ryan Wilks knows that not only does the project have to be done to the highest standard; our customers need to have peace of mind before, during and after the project is completed. That’s why we have a Quality System certified according to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 (Certification No. 100422) and are constantly reviewing our processes and systems to see if any improvements can be made.
We know that it takes a lot of work to build trust in business relationships and that it doesn’t take much to lose that trust. We work collaboratively with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that each and every project requirement, deadline and customer expectation is met, or bettered.
WHS Management System
At Ryan Wilks we believe that WHS Management is one of the most important issues that will be faced on a job site. Injuries and incidents cause far more damage than delays and interruptions to project schedules; they greatly affect a number of people around the injured person. From loss of morale amongst co-workers, to the loss of income, along with stress and health concerns for family members, including the potential for permanent disability or even death – it’s just not worth the risk. That’s why our WHS Management System is certified according to the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001. (Certification No. 100422) and we are constantly reviewing our processes and systems to ensure we are operating at the highest level of safety, and lowest level of risk we can.
Environmental Management System
Our Environmental management system is a structured, organized method of controlling and reducing the environmental impact to Ryan Wilks Pty Ltd operations. Ryan Wilks Pty Ltd believe that taking responsibility for the environmental impact of its activities allows the use of energy, natural resources, and waste in a manner that ensures the long term sustainability of the organisation. Communicating with and involving all our staff, suppliers and subcontractors by creating environmental awareness and knowledge has enabled a better understanding of rising resource costs, changing environmental regulations and an overall admiration for our environment. Certification of our Environmental management system according to the requirements of AS/NZS 14001:2004 ( certification No. 100422 ) is something that all of us at Ryan Wilks Pty Ltd are proud of.
