South Bank Corporation – Pavilion Toilet Switchboard Upgrades
Continuing to build a strong relationship with South Bank Corporation, Ryan Wilks has successfully replaced two distribution boards within the Stanley Street Plaza, Pavilion Toilet Facilities.
The replacement of the distribution boards was carefully coordinated to avoid any disruption to tenant operations and to work alongside another contractor performing toilet refurbishments. This careful collaboration reduced overall the downtime and ensured minimal disruption to public access.
The new distribution boards and circuit protection are installed to meet the latest AS/NZS 3000 standards, and the emergency lighting and test facilities have been upgraded to the latest Australian Standards. This project highlights the expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism of the Ryan Wilks team in executing complex projects within a live precinct environment.
