IBM – Brisbane – Single Floor Fit-Out

The IBM Project was a single floor refurbishment that involved updating their current office to a new layout and more modern fittings.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

The project required Ryan Wilks to install new light fittings to common areas, re-lamping of office areas, updating the data network, modifying power layouts in the office areas, meeting rooms and communications room, installation of AV cabling to allow presentations to new plasma screens in the meeting rooms and upgrading the switch boards to comply with current wiring rules.

Project budget was $40,000.00 and the time frame was 6 weeks, upon which works where completed in.
